Faith is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate/Commercial, Company Secretarial, Labour & Employment and International Trade Practice Groups. She regularly advises companies on business start-up and corporate due diligence issues in Nigeria.

Faith is our key member of the firm’s labour and employment practice and advises companies on employment related matters, contractual disputes, drafting and review of contract of employments, and general advisory on management of employees.

She manages the secretarial affairs of companies and regularly advises companies on relevant corporate governance structures i.e. the Board structure, statutory meetings, advises on compliance obligations and legal implications, legal structures for investment deals, performing post-investment compliance & governance oversight for companies.
